Phone calls and our AI receptionist

Calls to our shop line are answered by an automated AI receptionist. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can book your appointment, follow up, and improve our service. If you prefer not to speak with the receptionist, ask for a callback and Ahmed will reach out.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, change, and remind you about appointments.
• To answer your questions and follow up when you ask us to.
• To send offers and updates, only if you agreed to receive them.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, and, if you agreed, occasional offers from Velor Barber Co.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run our business on our behalf: our customer and booking system (GoHighLevel), our phone receptionist provider (Retell AI), our website host (Vercel), and our website chat provider (Anthropic). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information. We do not buy or sell leads.

Measurement cookies stay off until you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can decline and still use the whole site.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a client and as needed for our records. Ask us to delete it at any time.
