These terms apply when you use velorbarber.com, book with Velor Barber Co., call our shop line, or receive our texts.

Bookings

• Online and phone bookings are requests for the time shown. You will receive a confirmation.
• Prices and service lengths are listed on our menu and may change. The price at the time of your visit applies.
• To change or cancel, call or text 551-367-0776 as early as you can.

Our AI receptionist

Our shop line is answered by an automated AI receptionist that can share our hours, prices, and open times, take your details, and book appointments. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. If anything it tells you differs from our posted menu or from what Ahmed confirms, the posted menu and Ahmed's confirmation govern.

Text-message (SMS) program terms

• Program: Velor Barber Co. sends appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions, and, if you opted in, occasional offers.
• How you join: by checking the text-message consent box on our website or by asking us to text you.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP, call 551-367-0776, or email Velorbarber.co@gmail.com.
• Not required: consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
